Tokina UK & IRELAND Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

Please ensure that you register for the extended UK & IRE extended warranty within 30 days of purchase.

This extended warranty is registered with Kenko Tokina Co. Ltd and is not transferable.  It is only valid if obtained at the time of original purchase of Tokina lenses and is only valid in the UK and IRELAND.

Kenko Tokina Co. Ltd.’s two-year extended warranty becomes valid on the expiration of the standard two-year warranty and gives a total of FOUR years’ protection.  This service is valid to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable or assignable.

This warranty is limited to the repair, adjustment or replacement of defective parts at the discretion of Kenko Tokina Co. Ltd.’s service department in Ireland.

The extended warranty becomes void in the following cases:

If damage is caused during service performed by persons other than Kenko Tokina Co. Ltd.’s service department
If the product has had its serial number removed or altered
Any fault rising from accident or misuse

This agreement only applied to Kenko Tokina Co. Ltd lenses.

This warranty does not prejudice customers’ existing rights in Law but if offered as an additional benefit.

In the unlikely event of a fault occurring this product should be returned to:

It can also be returned through the retailer from whom it was purchased.  Please enclose your sales receipt.
